Ms. Lori Bachman has her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership. She has 13 years of teaching experience in Pre-K to 8th grade in places including Hawaii, Saipan, Kuwait and Albuquerque. She also served as instructional coach for 3 years and as an educational leader for 14 years at the school, district and state levels. Her work includes 3 years as Director of a non-profit advocacy organization. While working for the state, she supported the Secretary of Education in implementing education reform in New Mexico.

Mrs. Sanchez has been in this field for 6 years, and previously was the Physical Educational Teacher at CCCS for Pre-K – 7th grade. Mrs. Julia Weeks has been providing support for Coral Community Charter School for the last year, and has helped make the school a more successful environment. Mrs. Monica Sanchez graduated from Cimarron, New Mexico and moved to Albuquerque where she now has a family of her own. She has been a legal videographer and worked with many attorneys. Mrs. Sanchez has been married 16 years and has 2 beautiful children. According to her husband she has recognition for being an outstanding wife and mother 16 years in a row. Ms. Kelly Berniklau has a Bachelor’s in Elementary Education. She taught 1st grade at Eubank (Janet Kahn) Elementary and 1st grade and Coral Community Charter School. Ms. Asher Willard previously worked as the receptionist at Coral Community Charter School. She became more involved in the classrooms, and with that, decided to pursue a career in education. Ms. Willard loves the atmosphere and sense of community at Coral but most importantly the bonds she shares with the students, their families and her fellow co-workers. Ms. Willard’s most important role and job title is being a mother to her four children. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, watching Netflix, having game night, and watching her favorite football and basketball team play on television.

Ms. Ingrid Hamblin is working on her Associates in Elementary Education at CNM, and holds a an Associates of Science from Colorado School of Healing Arts. She has spent the last 15 years in the education setting and homeschooled two children. Ms. Hamblin has previously worked the before and after care program for Denver Public Schools, was a group leader at Terri’s Daycare Academy. She is the oldest of 6 children in her family, and also has a glass eye.

Mrs. Bonita Williamson is currently working on her Bachelor’s degree for Early Education, Pre-K – 3rd grade. Mrs. Williamson was the director of an early childhood learning center for 20 years, and has been teaching Kindergarten for 3 years at Coral Community Charter School after serving as an Educational Assistant for 6 months. She was a Teacher, Assistant Director, and Director at Alphabet Junction. Mrs. Williamson played on a boys’ soccer team in England, and she loves to read. Mrs. Gutierrez previously devoted her time as a preteen on up to an adult working with her mother and grandmother in their in home daycare's proving care and homeschooling needs to children from newborn up to 12 years of age. Mrs Gutierrez also worked 18 years in the retail industry 10 of which was mostly spent a Costco working as a photo lab technician. She has spent the last 2 years as an Educational Assistant in the boys academy at CCCS. Mrs. Gutierrez enjoys spending time with her hsubandand 2 teenage sons, has a love for animals, enjoys watching movies and re-creating treats and crafts she finds on Pinterest.

Mrs. Kimberly Jones has her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, and Master’s degree in Education. She has 11 years of classroom experience including McCollum Elementary in an Autism program, Moriarty-Edgewood School District as a district level Behavior Technician and at CCCS as a classroom teacher. She is married with two teenage sons. Mrs. Jones’ children are involved in 4H and FFA and have shown livestock throughout their lives. They enjoy outdoor activities such as going to the lake, camping, riding dirt bikes and 4-wheelers, and traveling. Ms. Cheyanne Corley has her Bachelor of Arts in Educational Studies. She has 4 years of experience in education, which has included working at the Boys & Girls Club, Promiseland Child Development Center, La Petite Academy and M.A.S. Charter School. Ms. Corley has played basketball for 12 years, which also includes playing 2 years of collegiate basketball. She loves being outdoors with her two dogs and boyfriend. Mrs. Denise Dorman has her Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and Associates degree in Liberal Arts. Jessica Schiffman is in the process of completing her Bachelors in Elementary Education. She spent 2 years as a Pre-K Assistant Teacher, 1 year as a Substitute Teacher, and 3 years as an Educational Assistant. Ms. Schiffman has worked with children from Birth to 5 years old at La Petite, and ran a daycare out of her home for many years, teaching 3 and 4-year old children. Ms. Barnes has her Bachelor’s degree in English and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Special Education. She has been teaching for 4 years in 2nd, 3rd, 5th, and 6th grades. Previously, Ms. Barnes worked as a customer service representative. She recently completed a TESOL program. Mrs. Urban graduated with High Honors from New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology with her Bachelor’s degree in University Studies. She has been in the Education field for 18 years. She worked at Cottonwood Valley Charter School for 16 years prior to Coral Community Charter School. Her service includes K-8 librarian; middle school electives teacher; coordinator of Big Idea, Art, and Book Groups; special events coordinator for the Spring Fling, Talent Show, Winter Crafts, Winter Concert, Fall Festival, bake sales, 8th grade trip, and too many more to list. Prior to her employment in schools, Mrs. Urban worked for architects, a gym, and even a burger stand. She has a cat rescue called Claws and Paws. Mrs. Brittany Ocheltree graduated Cum Laude from UNM with her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education with an emphasis in Physical Education, and an Associates in Liberal Arts. Mrs. Ocheltree’s experience includes teaching PE for 2 years and Preschool for 4 years on the east coast. She also taught at Valley High School and Alvarado Elementary School, as well as coached Varsity Swimming at Manzano High School. Mrs. Ocheltree is a kid at heart and loves Disney. Ms. Jennifer Haag Art Teacher

Ms. Jennifer Haag has her Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts with a concentration in Printmaking, and a Master’s degree in Art Education from the University of New Mexico. While in school, she worked in the University Art Museum and did an internship with the Museum Educator. Her classroom experience of 4 years includes teaching Pre-K, Substitute teaching, After-school Art, and Itinerant Elementary Art. Ms. Haag also has previous experience facilitating art making experiences with patients and medical staff in the Arts in Medicine program at UNMH. She is a mother of 3, seamstress, silver jewelry maker, and she aspires to learn to play the upright bass and surf someday.

Mr. Kevin Urban is working on his Associates in Biology at CNM, and holds a New Mexico Public Education Educational Assistant license. He has spent a lot of time in the past working with students at Coral Community Charter School while substitute teaching in different classrooms from Pre-K through 6th grade. Mr. Urban has previously been a lifeguard and serving food in the restaurant industry. He formerly held the title of all district and state high school soccer player, and he loves to garden, backpack, animals and sports.

Ms. Dailianis Tejeda has completed her high school diploma, and has two years of teaching experience prior to coming to CCCS. Mrs. Lauri Hassler has a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education/Minor in Early Childhood from the University of Northern Colorado, and her Master of Arts degree in Elementary Education/Teaching is from UNM. She is retired from 31 years with APS, grades K-2. Throughout her career she was a Mentor for 10 beginning teachers in grades K-3 through the APS/ATF/UNM Mentor Program, a Clinical Supervisor at UNM for 48 pre-service teachers in grades K-8, Early Childhood Leader, Team Leader, and is TESOL certified. She has been the Reading Interventionist and Mentor at CCCS for two years. She is also a licensed insurance agent. Mrs. Hassler has a son and a daughter and loves camping with her family, mototrials, swimming, and antiques.
Ms. Cynthia Redner Reading Support Teacher

Ms. Redner has a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education from Ladycliff College in Highland Falls, New York. She has her Masters of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education from Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, Georgia, and her Ed. Specialist Certificate in Multi-Cultural Education from UNM. Her teaching experience includes first grade for seven years in Hinesville, Georgia, and 28 years with APS in grades K-5 at Sandia Base Elementary School. She has also mentored many new teachers through the APS/ATF/UNM Mentor Program. Ms. Redner loves spending time with her family and friends, especially her two beautiful grandchildren.
